At Floorplay, every rug is made with intention, care, and color. And while we’re all about the drama in design, we keep the shipping part simple, transparent, and drama-free.


🧶Where We Ship From

All Floorplay rugs are shipped from our Warehouse in Sonipat, Haryana India — where magic, yarn, and craftsmanship come together.


🚛 Delivery Timelines

  • Custom Rugs:

    • Production: 3–5 weeks (because good things take time).

    • Shipping within India: 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you live.

  • Shipping Fee (India): Always on us.

  • Return Shipping (if accepted): Borne by the customer.

❓Any Hidden Charges?

Nope. But here’s what you should know:

  • Prices listed are exclusive of duties and taxes (if applicable in your region).

  • If a delivery fails due to wrong name, address, or contact number — the re-delivery cost will be billed to you.

📦 Production & Shipping Notes

  • We begin working on your rug after full payment is confirmed.

  • All production timelines are estimates — we try our best to stay on schedule.

  • External delays (weather, logistics, holidays, divine intervention) may affect your delivery.

  • During winters, dyeing and drying may take longer — because even rugs need sunshine.

🧾 Accuracy Matters

Please provide true, complete, and accurate details.
If we find discrepancies in your info, we may pause or cancel your order.
 (We promise it’s nothing personal, but we want your rug to reach the right floor.)


📦 Lost Shipments (Oh No!)

If your shipment is marked lost in transit, drop us a note at floorplayindia@gmail.com Once confirmed with our courier partner, we’ll make it right — and send you a fresh piece.

Important: We rely on third-party logistics — so if your order arrives damaged or undelivered, reach out within 48 hours. After that, it’s hard for us to file claims or fix things.


🔁 What is RTO (Return to Origin)?

If a courier can't deliver the rug and it heads back to us, that’s RTO. Common reasons include:

  • No response from the customer

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Delivery postponed by customer

  • Customer asked for self-pickup

  • Door locked or office shut

  • Delivery refused (we hope never!)
