Returns & Exchanges

• We craft each rug with love and care, but if something’s not right, here’s how we make it right:
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds:

• Refunds processed within 48 hours after product pickup.
• International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges
