• Vacuum lightly (without a beater brush) to remove dust.Blot spills immediately—don’t rub!
• No scrubbing, no brushing—let the fibers stay playful.Rotate occasionally for even wear.
• Use furniture protectors to prevent flattening.If a thread comes loose, trim it—don’t pull!
• Keep it dry—avoid damp or wet areas.Professional cleaning recommended for long-term care.Never fold your rug—let it lay free!

Returns & Exchanges

• We craft each rug with love and care, but if something’s not right, here’s how we make it right:Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds processed within 48 hours after product pickup.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds processed within 10–12 working days post pickup, after sharing bank details. (Cash refunds are not possible.)
International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges
